A theatre play, a movie, a book, a song, a painting, …
If you look at any of these art forms, it always does something to a human being,
some laughter, a tear, an emotion, a feeling.
That feeling can be the start of a change in someone’s life.
A lot of people think a clown is just an actor with a red nose who does something stupid.
This is not what pure and honest clowning is supposed to be.
The clown is always in the ‘present,’ he never worries. He is like a child that never asked the question “Father, how did you pay for the bread each morning on the table?” No, the kid just trusts his parents that each morning there will be bread on the table, and does not worry about it.
As a clown, we want to make contact with the people around us and welcome them to step into the “present”.
To let go of all their worries for a moment and receive the hope and love a clown has. In that way, we want to give people some rest in the midst of their storm.
Through our shows, we want to make a
impact on a person’s life and their environment.
We love to make them aware of the problems and taboos going on in our society.
In that way, we believe that by becoming aware, that person can make a personal choice to take action and bring change into his own life and his environment.
C&T Productions is a vehicle to reach the world.
By bringing awareness about the problems in our society we want to make a change in our public or the organization so that they can grow in their personal connection and relationships with their environment.
So that they will start to talk openly about the taboos and worries they deal with because a conversation can help to bring healing in the process we are in.
In that way, we believe that the wellbeing of the person will improve and that the person will see a hopeful future, and discover his true identity.
To know who you truly are, to know you are excepted in all your failures and worries no matter the circumstances gives you hope and love.
Our mission is to share that Hope and Love with the world.
Through artistic projects, we want to carry out this mission and vision.
We will try to make all our plays as match autobiographical as possible.
In that way, we will come very close to reality and we will be able to reach inside the hearts of people around us.
"Some say I am an emperor. Some say I am a master.
But for you my beloved public, your humble servant ever after".
“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today”.
- Jesus Christ (Matthew 6:34 NLT)
Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.
- Paul (1 Corinthians 13:13 NLT)
To let someone laugh is a serious business.
